Beyond sliding sideways in the mud, the two vary greatly from each other as well.

Level 1 Coaching – Elite package. (current availability: 1 spot)

  • Custom designed training plan delivered in 4 week blocks (regular adjustment when needed).
  • Weekly data review and feedback (powermeter, HR, GPS, etc.)
  • Off-bike strength program
  • Consultations include data analysis, nutrition, equipment, bike skills, etc.
