  • Custom designed training plan delivered in 4 week blocks (regular adjustment when needed).
  • Weekly data review and feedback (powermeter, HR, GPS, etc.)
  • Professional bike fit.
  • Strength program/ running form drills/ swim form drills
  • Consultations include data analysis, nutrition, equipment, race tactics, etc.
  • Free initial coaching consultation.
  • Comprehensive review of previous training and data.
